Stadium and Street banners are some of the best marketing tools that a small business can use.  With exposure either in the premier CSHS Football Stadium or along Sample Road or Rock Island Road on the school’s perimeter, this opportunity to boost name recognition and perhaps bring in some revenue is especially worthwhile.  There is also the side benefit of helping to support the CSHS school and its sports programs.

Banner Description:  3’ X 6’ multi-colored canvas.  Either submit your own camera-ready copy to be reproduced on the banner or attach written Ad Copy or message.  Electronic submissions should be sent to banners@ColtsQBClub.org.

• Contract is for one year from the date the item is displayed.  After the one year term, you will be given the option to renew at the following rates:

Requests participation in the Coral Springs High School Banner Program as a Sponsor with Laura Sarentino of the Colts Quarterback Club, phone number 954-214-4217 and email banners@coltsqbclub.org.  Program Event and Location is one year display of approved banner at the Coral Springs High School location specified in this order.  The one year period starts from the date of the display.  The consideration of this agreement shall be:  $ __________ and will be paid by:  ________________.

Participation in this program is subject to the following conditions:

• The Program shall:
• Operate the specified program in accordance to all applicable School Board policies.  Program shall not be responsible for interruptions, delays, failures in delivery of sponsor benefits due to causes beyond control.
• Provide coordination/placement of sponsor signage in accordance with the program.
• Be responsible for its own negligence and nothing herein shall waive the School Board’s Sovereign Immunity.
• Reserve the right in the exercise of discretion, to rescind and cancel this agreement at any time.  Should the operator cancel this contract without cause, a partial reimbursement of funds may be given after payment of any expenses incurred.
• Sponsor shall:
• Indemnify, hold harmless, protect and defend the School Board, its employees/agents, against any liabilities for bodily injury and/or property damage whatsoever nature incident to the use of the event location as described in this Agreement.  Each Party shall be responsible for its own negligence and nothing herein shall waive the School Board’s Sovereign Immunity.
• Obtain at Sponsor expense all applicable license or permits required by law or ordinance.
• Accept the facilities as they are at the time of use.  Removal or change of location of any appliance or equipment, occasioned by Sponsor’s use of this facility may not be done without prior written approval from the Program Operator.  Any appliance or equipment removed or relocated by Sponsor shall be replaced as found.
• Be responsible for all deliveries of equipment, properties or materials to be used by Sponsor subject to approval of the Program Operator.
• Removal from event premises – by the close of the next business day following the termination/conclusion of authorized use of all equipment, properties or materials and for which Sponsor is responsible.  Any materials left after this time may be subject to disposal at the discretion of the School Board.
