2010 Coral Springs Boosters Football and Conditioning CampCoral Springs Football Boosters presents a five week Football Camp. Athletes will be involved in Strength Conditioning, Weight Training, Speed Training, Knowledge and Skills Development of all the positions, and Team Games and Competitions.This camp is designed to train and condition the athlete who is planning on playing for a football program in the fall. When: 8:00am - 12:00pm, June 21 - July 22, Monday - Thursday Where: Coral Springs High School Who: Grades 8-12 Cost: $250 each. $200 each if more than one camper in the same family. Checks should be made payable to Colts Quarterback Club. Late registration (after June 1st) is $275 and Cash only. Camp Director: Coach Ray Gould. Phone 954-803-7723. How: A downloadable and printable application and waiver is included here for your convenience. Bring: Running Shoes, Football Shoes, Towel, Change of T-shirts & shorts, Water, snacks and lunch. Do not bring items of value such as cell phones and other electronic devices.All athletes must provide a completed and signed physical form on the Broward Country Athletic Association (BCAA) physical form ONLY. This form is due no later than the June 1st registration deadline. The athlete and parent must sign the physical form in the presence of a notary and the physician's signature must not be earlier than June 1, 2009. Physical evaluations may be administered by one of four different practitioners. They are a licensed physician, a licensed osteopathic physician, a licensed chiropractic physician and a certified advanced registered nurse practitioner.Proof of insurance is also required which is a photocopy of the insurance card, front and back. A full refund is available if cancellation is by June 1, 2010 with a half refund with cancellation by June 21, 2010. NO REFUND if cancellation is made for any reason after camp has started. All athletes are required to show proper respect and willingness to learn from the coaching staff. Campers are also required to demonstrate a team mentality towards their fellow campers. Disciplinary actions will be taken in the form of up-downs, running laps, or a timed designated time out. Fighting with other campers can result in the camper being picked up early by the parent, or a two-day suspension from the camp, or a total dismissal from the camp. No refunds will be given in the event of a dismissal.
